Also, I don’t see another place to write this but if there were higher seating options, in addition to the existing seats, in the waiting area that would be great. The seats were a little too low for my comfort. I’m not sure if that is possible but that’s one thing I would change.

On my first visit I was a bit nervous because i have never been to a Rheumatologist. But as soon as I walked in from the front desk to back office. All made me feel great. All are very knowledgeable, very kind and very attentive. I am not stressed through out the day because I know I am able to call at anytime and Dr L and staff will take care of me.

He was to the point and answered all my questions. I asked for a PT script and he gave it to me. He is a great doctor. We are coming from Flower Mound to his Irving Office due to not getting an appointment at the Flower Mound location for an extended period of time. It is a far drive for a 15 mins appt. I would love to switch to the Flower Mound location, but then it requires me to switch to a different doctor. I would miss having Dr. Lakhanpal as my doctor.

At my next visit, he explained my test results, made adjustments to medications, created a new action plan, and scheduled a third visit in one month to reassess. I am grateful for his kind, bedside manner, clear explanations, and thoroughness. He discovered a bone condition that may have become irreversible if left untreated. After checking out noticed my card was charged my entire balance of 510.04 in addition to 10.00 co payment after a payment plan was set up. Called billing they transferred me back to the front desk where received voice mail with no call back. Had to get my bank involved and proceed with the inconvenience of receiving a new card all because this mistake was made by this office and no one was willing to take ownership of the mistake.

He has an Excellent bedside manner best of all I have a lot less pain and fear. I wish that all of my doctors could be that caring and practical. He also takes suggestions and is not arrogant. He is definitely patient oriented. He finds the missing puzzle pieces in my health. The lady at the front does a great job checking me in and has a sense of humor &a forgiving heart. (When I first came into the clinic, my body was screaming in agony & I screamed at her) The lady who takes my blood is personable & spot on. She never misses my veins. I found a gem here. Thank you to everyone in this office. I went from crying in agony laying around every day in chronic pain to being able to be a happy pain less active participant in my life & being available in the lives of others. Thank you. I recommend him highly!

I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere Dr. Lankanpal gives to allow his patients to talk, but I know I have arthritis on numerous joints in my body, but I believe just taking the same medicine since my first diagnosis of arthritis is not really dealing with the diagnosis. It's like putting a bandaid on but not treating the damage or slowing down the continuing deterioration of my joints.

He ask me if I was in hospital. I told him I spent one night in ER getting fluids and antibiotics. He said he hoped I was feeling better Thst all took about five minutes.

Etc. I believe Dr LAKHANPAL only goes by blood , lab. Etc. Never bothers to check hands, fingers. Rachel saw me too and she checked everything that Dr. Limani would check. I met her when she was training with Doctor Limani she is great. DR. Limani would order breathing test for lungs, as Scleroderma affects the lungs. Please take this survey seriously.

The lady that checks you in and out is wonderful and always cheerful. The nurse that weighs you and takes your blood pressure was so unfriendly, never smiled or seemed interested in you at all. She lead me to the room and pointed that is where I should go. The doctor asked me to find her after appointment to give her my pharmacy info and no one knew where she was. The lady who drew my blood was so nice. The doctor is always nice and respectful

I feel confident in the hands of Dr. Lakhanpal. He listens to me and I think he understands my frustration and pain. I’ve had arthritis issues since I was a kid (12 yrs age). It has progressed to the point that I’m in continuous pain and can barely move most of my joints. I don’t do well with NSAIDS but I am willing to cautiously try the prescription he gave me. Praying that there is some relief and improved range of motion. Time will tell. I really like him.

After I found the building, I went to the wrong floor. I wound up being 30 minutes late when I finally arrived at the office. When I explained what happened, they put me back on the schedule, and I was able to see him. I appreciate the kindness they displayed and how they went the "extra mile" to accommodate me. My wife and I are VERY pleased to have him as our doctor.

The provider was good. Is having bad experience from the front office staff regarding the pharmacy. Requested to change pharmacy to the local one instead of mail-order as I was out of medication. Gave all the details of the local pharmacy but it was sent to the mail-order inspire of my request. I am stuck with no medication for few days and it's HIPPA violation as my prescription was sent to wrong pharmacy without my consent.

Excellent except that I was not prescribed an antibiotic to address the bacterial infection that was noted in the summary from the doctor that was due to the result from the Urinalysis done at the doctor.

While I did see Dr. Lakhanpal and was satisfied with my visit. I also want to give recognition to Dr. Rachel. Both provided excellent care and me feel like they actually care about my condition will take the proper steps to help me get my RA under control. Also, I don’t see another place to write this but if there were higher seating options, in addition to the existing seats, in the waiting area that would be great. The seats were a little too low for my comfort. I’m not sure if that is possible but that’s one thing I would change.
