I felt that all my eye concerns were not heard. Perhaps he did hear me, but I got no feedback as to what if anything could or would be addressed. He sent me in a prescription and told me to use Eyedrops. Perhaps my second appointment with him will be with a little more detail

One of the best experiences and outcome one could have. Dr Rafailov explained everything in detail and put me at ease in understanding the procedure and what out come I could expect. I saw 4 doctors and an allergist and no one could figure out what was wrong. I was on and off steroid and allergy drops for months. My ENT recommended Dr Rafailov and it was life changing after months of swollen puffy and runny eyes. He was able to determine problem and also discovered I was allergic to an ingredient in all the eye drops I was using. I am so thankful for the recommendation from my ENT and for Dr. Rafailov for making me feel like myself again.

“Great communicator leads to confidence”

Dr Rafailov performed upper and lower eyelid surgery on both eyes. He explained it all and did what he said he would do. Right upper was initially was not quite as good as other eyelids, so he followed up with an in-office revision which looks outstanding and I am very pleased with the overall vision improvement.

I’ve met several times with Dr. Rafailov, and he is consistently professional, attentive, empathetic to my concerns, kind and obviously sharp as a tack. I’ve been to many eye doctors over the years for chronic blepharitis and occular rosacea. My search is over. I have found the needle in the haystack. Dr. Rafailov will be the only doctor whom I’ll let touch my eyes. Period.
